Copenhagen canals and museum
Yesterday we took a one-hour canal tour.
The ceiling inside the boat was fairly low, as it had to pass under low bridges. Even so, we cleared some of the bridges by only a few inches.
The windows were fairly frosted (from age partly, they were made of perspex) so I had the choice of a poor quality photo taken while I was warm, or a good quality photo taken from the uncovered area at the front, where it was bitingly cold.

Then into the National Museum, a huge building with multiple floors of displays.

We started looking at artifacts from the Stone and Bronze ages.
There was a lot more, we ran out of time a bit. But before we left we checked out the exhibition about money.
And then the dolls house exhibition, which had some remarkably detailed interiors.
The museum had some interesting ideas, such as these QR codes on the floor and walls, which you could scan to bring up more information about an exhibit.
Finally we sat down to an early dinner.

And a glass of wine! Did you use a zoom lens to see the Little Mermaid statue, or were you able to get up close to it? I can’t get over how few people there seem to be around in your photos- even inside the boat had lots of empty seats.
I try fairly hard to avoid getting “randoms” in my pictures, especially not their faces, for privacy reasons. Sometimes this involves shooting over the heads of people, or waiting for them to walk past.
As for the Little Mermaid, she was actually in the water by a metre or two, and there was a sign telling people not to climb on her.
I used the “zoom” feature on my phone to zoom in fairly close.
